Isolation Hangers

Typically used for suspended piping and ductwork running from mechanical equipment to prevent vibration transmitting to the surrounding structure. Embelton offers a wide range of Isolation hangers, usually housed in cages and encompassing rubber, spring and rubber/spring combination hangers.

Isolation Hanger Elements - Rubber Type RHE, RHDE, Single and double deflection rubber Used for trapeze supported piping, packaged airconditioners,fan coil units, and fans, particularly where height restrictions are present, this low cost option isolates machinery with speeds of 1000RPM upwards. Static Deflections: 5 to 12mm Load range: 17 to 1300kg
Isolation Hangers - Single and double deflection rubber Type RH, RHD A low cost, low deflection hanger for isolation of high speed equipment and connecting pipework of 1000RPM and above. Also used for isolating suspended ceilings. Static deflections: 15 to 40mm Load range: 10 to 1150kg
Isolation Hanger Elements - Springs Type KDXS, KDX, KDXW Used for trapeze supported piping, packaged airconditioners, fan coil units, and fans, particularly where height restrictions are present, this low cost option offer higher static deflections for effective isolation of slower speed machinery. Expansion Control Hanger Type EH For the support of piping where considerable vertical movement is experienced through thermal variations, allowing minimal transfer of loads to anchor points. Static Deflections: 60 to 114mm Load range: 20 to 1115kg
Isolation Hangers - 50mm Static Deflection Spring Type SHLD, SHWD A higher deflection spring hanger offering a low cost solution for support of equipment and pipework for mechanical equipment operating at lower speeds down to 500RPM. Static Deflections: 50mm Load Range: 6 to 350kg
Isolation Hangers - 30mm Static Deflection, Spring & Rubber Element Type RSHS, RSH, RSHW A two part system for support of pipework and low speed equipment down to 700RPM offering isolation of mechanical vibration and acoustical level frequencies. A double deflection rubber element can be introduced for greater isolation efficiency. Static Deflections:typically 30mm, options 26 to 41mm Load range: 10 to 1150kg
Isolation Hangers - 55mm Static Deflection, Spring & Rubber Element Type RSHWD, RSHD Highest deflection isolation hangers, for support of pipework and low speed machinery down to 500RPM, offering effective isolation of both mechanical vibration and acoustical level frequencies Static Deflections: 55mm Load Range: RSHWD - 50 to 155kg, RSHD - 65 to 1000kg.
